Simple they are nice people that value your integrity more than anything else. Show genuine interest in the role and the experiences you've had and you should be fine - assuming you get the interview

I applied online, and was contacted by email for an in-person interview about a week later. The interview lasted around 15-20 minutes and was pretty generic. No prep necessary, just know your resume well and why you want to work for HRF. They got back to me within a few hours with an offer.
