Contacted by HR to go for F2F interview.
Total went thru 2 rounds and HR did not share in details on who is interviewing me.
Interview by the hiring manager and the VP was conducted in chinese.
HR also prefer to sms and call the no email.
Lastly was told the position is on hold after and need to review after new fiscal year.
Not sure also the job description were correct when they advertised as the questions they asked mostly were sales and commercial.

3 rounds of interview. Well structured.
hiring manager interview - chat about resume and work experience
short loop interview with 4 executives - similar as AWS but much less formal
written test about solution architecting in their office
Interview with team lead, hod and hr. Very chinese cultured and hierarchial, i.e. you must listen to boss kind.
Lots of OTs unpaid and tons of works expecting you to deliver on time regardless of your current workload and availability

Questions are generally easy, two rounds of interview: first round just asks about project experience, second round just chatting with HOD. Technical skills are not even assessed, just need to mention during interview you have xx skills.
