Firstly I sent my CV to Moscow HR officer, then he sent it to the Head of Moscow HR Office, by whom I was interviewed 5 days later. It was a telephone 1-1 interview, that lasted not too long, about 10+ minutes, also there were no tests before the interview. She asked about my educational background, living place, working/internship experince and my weakness&strenghth.

Two Interviews: first with Recruiter, second with HRD. The questions was basic, both stage online. The interview software is very hard to use, can not hear the question properly. The HRD has a strong accent, ask about my experience, but seems they are not willing to offer permanent contract. Only limited contract.
