After completing the first and second interview, the HR mentioned they are submitting my package for approval before they let me know what's my package. Suddenly they mentioned the Head of Singapore felt I am more suitable for another role hence arranged for the 3rd interview. After the interview the HR didn't response to my text or emails with regards to the outcome. Felt quite unprofessional on this part. Thought they could at least response and let me know if I am not selected.

The interview process was with 2 hiring managers from China. However due to language barrier, you either need to speek fluently or speak slowly for them to understand and catch your keyword. Try to explain more or ask them a lot of question for you to answer back.
