Interview was quite rigorous, and thorough. More oriented on technical questions and less on personality type questions. Three stages. The interwlviewers were quite patient and gave one time to think through the questions and even offered paper for one to illustrate their answer in a step by step manner.

Three interviews , HR interview, Technical interview, Overall interview each has it's own quality of questioning and I think it was a good idea to do it , be ready for all information in your resume
It was thorough and more practical. I was asked to talk about the various XPIC configuration that I know of in microwave configuration. luckily I have had a prior hand-on experience on the field so it was easy for me to bring my field experience on board
