You were NOT upfront about this requirement, nor was it mentioned in the phone or live interview. I was only provided this information after I asked why I was not selected to move forward in the process. If this was a deciding factor and there were many other candidates with this experience, which must not have been great one since the ad keeps getting posted, it should have been told upfront so as not to waste someone’s time thinking they were being seriously considered. This is why I wrote this review, so others know this since you are not being transparent. Thanks!
