No, not "right away" unless you're currently unemployed! The reason is this: If you aren't willing to give your current employer two weeks notice, you're going to do the same thing to them very possibly if something better comes along. Bad ethics. Also, if a company ever asks you to start right away (not give notice) knowing you have a job currently, they're not the people you want to work for and could very well do that TO you. Think about it.
