How do you resolve conflicts in your team?

First, Be calm. It is hard to be rational if you are in a emotional mood. Seconde, be a good listener. This might be an effective communication way. Then, please concentrate on important issues and ignore small things. The last but the most important, attack arguments only, not other persons.
