Every situation calls for different approaches and strategies whereas all "Angry Clients/End Users" aren't the same, nor do they have the problems, however; the ultimate goal is to sooth the customer, and show them despite the issues they have had, I am willing to solve their problems and offer any further assistance. Whatever the customer want's, cater to them.
