The most unprofessional interview process I’ve ever had. First I was head hunted by an Italian TA. No one discuss your package until the final interview, and they don’t answer your questions regarding the compensation. I Had final interview with two old unprofessional managers, they had a very bad internet connection and a very weak english accent to understand. They keep interrupting you and log out during the call which will make you uncomfortable.

It was very straight forward. First section was online and second interview was in person. technical and behavioral interviews, process improvement discussions, troubleshooting scenarios, CAD/manufacturing questions, plant tours, and assessments evaluating communication, problem-solving, and hands-on engineering experience.
