When you stop learning, you stop growing. You have to stay open to new ideas and ways of thinking. Just because you've always done something one way, doesn't mean it's the most efficient. Always listen to the criticism, thank them for giving it to you, think it over, and try applying it the next project. If it works for you, continue doing it. If it doesn't, try it again. If it still isn't working, try something else or discuss other ways, with that same person and other people, to create a better outcome.
