Hi. I know that after you place on list by score the facilities that are hiring will go down list and pick a few and interview with current employees that are applying for that position. Usually they Interview at least 10 candidates. Then 2nd Interview for 2 or 3 top candidates. Remember that if the current employees interviewed are usually given preference to open position. I interviewed at least 10 times before I was offered a position in DMH.
