First interview by phone asking a few questions and then schedule for 2nd interview, 2nd interview the HR manager get to check you out and your CV, if passed then schedule a jobs shadowing where you follow a "trainer" for a door to door business sale if you like it you get jobs offer at the end of the day.

The interview was scripted describing in vague detail the work being done. You are told that you are doing sales for AT&T U-Verse and will be contacting potential customers from a lead sheet. What you are not told is that you are doing door to door sales. Of course you are not told this because that will deter most people.
