first I started out with a basic entry level interview with the lady in HR. If she likes you then you go into the hotel and meet with the bar manager. They bascially tell you about your duties etc; and ask about your experience. Then you meet with the Beverage Manager and he talks about company policies and makes sure you will be able to uphold them. Then you meet with the hotel manager for the final interview. Then they send you back to HR and you go get a drug test.
