Phone, then panel with 2 people, followed by one on one with head of department and CEO. Prior to receiving an offer, we were invited to get a drink with you manager.
Phone screening with HR Manager/ Recruiter followed by in person panel with hiring manager and CMO. Last step is an in person meeting with the CSO and CEO. Overall very straightforward and conversational.
