There was an initial phone screen with the President of the company. Then, an on-site interview where they test your lab experience. This involved handling mice and pipetting for me, personally.
I applied to an online job posting, then had a phone interview, and was selected to come in for a hands-on interview. I was contacted within a week or two with a job offer.
