Typical online application: an online two-step test (math & behavioral); preliminary conversations with HR and HM; and eventually an online 1-hour team interview. Everyone was respectful, considerate. Questions were partly technical and partly behavioral. No one asked a question to prove how much I don't know; the questions were to figure about what I know and if we are good matches.
