I got contacted by recruiter and then passed some mainly HR related interviews with the managers. I had to take some assessments and personality tests online. Everything was done conveniently and online.
My interview process included an online assessment, a technical interview focused on coding, projects, and core subjects, followed by a managerial/HR round to discuss teamwork, communication, and career goals. Overall, it was a structured process that evaluated both technical skills and cultural fit.
