There were multiple steps in the interview process. It started with a standard screening by the internal recruiter then a video interview and a test. Then a phone call with hiring manager and a panel interview with multiple people (managers and peers).

Overall process took about 6 weeks and another 3 weeks for the BG check. First step was the HR screening which was followed by a call with the Hiring Manager. The third step was a meeting with the Sales Director. The 4th step was a presentation with the Hiring Manager and HR Manager. Finally, the last call was with the Hiring Manager to discuss some more personality related questions.
