Very succinct process, as I talked with 4 people. I had an initial phone screen with a recruiter, then talked with two direct reports of the hiring manager in one phone call, then had an on site inyerview with the hiring manager. I was hired quickly and Honeywell had a very concierge-type onboarding experience, with a single person who guided me to my first day, through the background check and drug screening process and other logistics. Then, I was paired with a person in my local office who was there for me for several months. The background check took the longest, but I don't think Honeywell has much control over that.
