I joined a Facebook group for jobs in Berlin. Got a message from the HR manager. Invited me for an interview after I send my resume. Because this is a temporary job for me it was nice that I got this job so fast. But it sure does not send a very professional message when your are accepted to a job so fast and easy.

Applied online and got called within 1 day. 4 rounds via phone/Skype (last round with one of the founders). Got a good feel of the company's vision. Room for discussion and questions.
