A very smooth and positive process throughout. Interviews consisted of a recruiter phone screen, hiring manager phone interview, 3 hour on-site, and a final two 30 minute video interview with head HR and the department director. Throughout this process I was very impressed with the variety of questions asked: technical, situational, and behavioral. I also felt like I got to know my interviewers as well as one might in an interview, which helped my decision. They were also very accommodating to bring me in sooner to help me line final interviews up with other companies. I’m happy to say I chose Hologic!
