It is very difficult to convince some one who even do not understand technology well & take technical interviews. I had tough time in convincing simple topic like cloning. Eventually i had to ask to stop interview in middle as it was like to explain someone who is already in denial mood and not ready to listen anything except bookish definition. I requested him to not continue the process. Guess what interviewer replied in response is "Go Away". Hope it is recored for their training purpose. Suggestions: Please show some respect as you don't defray us(interviewee). After hearing him out, I easily can tell you the culture of this place. Thanks for this person for showing me real picture. I'm proud on my decision for not continuing with them. Right now i'm working as SDE-II in Amazon
