Submitted the application and received an email from HR the next day requesting an interview.
Interviewed with the hiring manager and team over the next 3 weeks (5 separate interviews in total). Was notified a week later after the last interview via automatic reply that I did not receive the position.

2 round , nothing serious Minimum of 8-10 years’ of relevant experience with exposure to Oracle Fusion ERP modules beyond Accounting Hub (e.g., AP, AR, GL)., Experience with SQL for data validation and reporting., Knowledge of integration points between Accounting Rule Engine and other systems. ,

The process was extremely lengthy - 10 weeks in total from the first interview till I BEGGED to learn about the outcome of the third (final) interview. First two interviews were a combination of technical + cultural of nature with the hiring manager and their one-up respectively. Despite passing both interviews I apparently failed the 3rd interview which is purely CULTURAL with the two level up from the hiring manager. I only learnt the outcome after another two week of begging (the internal recruiter through emails). I find this experience soul-destroying for the following reasons - 1) lengthy process as mentioned
2) horrific communication (or lack of)
3) leaving the Cultural thing to last if was key
A waste of time and a very disrespectful experience to candidates altogether.
