Applied online. Contacted by HR for phone screen. HR was very professional but did all the talking. Scheduled onsite interview with hiring manager. Interview was late in the day and hiring had just come in from overseas the night before. Although pleasant, he yawned his way through the interview and it was clear he just going through the motions at that point in the day. Some of the follow-up questions clearly indicated he wasn't listening to the original answers. Border-line unprofessional and a waste of time.

It was very disappointing. The talent acquisition contact was misleading the process without respect and with no concern of company reputation. I just hope that it is not a common attitude of the company but only an exception
