Pretty streamlined: recruiter, Regional Manager (supervisor), Division Manager. It was pretty clear that I was going to get an offer going in to the DM interview. Very basic behavioral sales and customer service questions; "Tell me about a time that you (fill in the blank)."

Process was great. Recruiter reached out and did initial screening. I had second interview with the area manager who really did a good job getting to know me and passed me on to the final stage interview with the regional manager. I didn’t get the job, but overall it was a great process with the processes, clarity and honesty you’d expect from a good company.

Phone screen with a Hilti-employed recruiter, interviewed with the regional manager, and a final interview with the director of the territory. My interview with the regional manager lasted almost an hour and a half, but I'm not sure if that is the norm.
