Sat down with the hiring manager in the community. In this case, the Assistant Community Director. We also checked out the property and I performed a mock tour, just to see "where I was at".

Came in and was sitting in front of the whole office. It was more like a bunch of friends sitting around talking and seeing if we would all get along together.

Professional and inquisitive, yet personal and formal. We talked about varied subjects and topics. Past employment that was negative and positive. We laughed quite a bit too. I had to pass a panel interview as well.

Was referred by a friend who works there. Got a call for an interview the next day and did my first interview that same week. My second interview happened a week or so later. Because a change in management at my property, it took weeks for them to actually send an offer letter. Could normally be a shorter experience, I just so happen to be applying during a transition period.
