Found out about the job from a current employee and emailed the hiring manager about my interest immediately. About a month or so later I heard back and a month after that had an interview. Six months or so went by and then they asked for another interview. Another month or so went by and they called me with an offer.

During my second interview, I think one of the interviewers got my confused with someone else and asked me to tell as story "about that time that I...." It was very awkward trying to get her to understand that this story wasn't mine....

Took about 2 hours, sat down with the head of staff operations and the head of the dept I was being interviewed for. Ask me to talk about my background, showed my portfolio and then they asked some questions. Then was taken on a tour of the office.
