Quick interview process, apply on website or in store and talk to the shift supervisor, took quite a while to hear back. Interview was all behavioral questions, not any technical questions, also asked about availability.

Overall, the interview session is quite smooth and comfortable. The interviewer was nice and we can communicate well. Questions are basic and general, able to answer. Not necessarily experienced needed.
The interview process was easy and relaxed. The manager was straightforward and easygoing — it felt more like a vibe check to understand your character and whether you'd be suited for long-term service roles.
