Sloppy company, very startup with little structure. After supposed last interview (3 interviews in) I was asked to do yet another 30 minute “chat” with people who apparently didn’t make it to my 3rd technical interview that was 3 hours long. Reluctantly I accepted because it was supposed to be just a 30 minute chat to then be asked in the call to stay longer for yet another technical interview. The three final interviewees were rude and out of the loop that it was supposed to be a chat. I was also promised lunch during the 3rd in person interview over email which ended up being a total lie.

One of the worst interview experiences I ever had, it was rescheduled 6 times I was told 5 different things on what the presentation expectations it wasn't reviewed until the day before my interview despite it being ready and available to them 2 weeks ahead of time. The interview panel (one person in particular) had the worst attitude. Made it clear that they do not value employees and anyone who questioned the manufacturing process would effectively be shutdown (this was a manufacturing engineer) No one else asked questions or made comments while this person berated me while she was effectively wearing a pajama hoodie with ears to an interview... Would not take this company seriously at all.
