3 rounds including phone screen, hiring manager and technical. Took over 3 months to get an undecided decision. The HR explained she could not get a review of my interview from the manager and suggested that I should not wait anymore. Unprofessional communication manner in recruitment.

-->First round was Written Test-- There was three section: Aptitude, C and Electronics Section
-->1st Technical Round--They asked questions basically on your projects, C and micro-controller and basic electronics
-->2nd Technical Round--This was more Managerial Round. Question type was same as 1st one.
-->HR Round-- Formality
