They will hire anyone with a pulse and a certification because they are desperate due to employees quitting because of unsanitary, unprofessional, and unsafe working conditions. As well as total disregard for their patients.

Bring you in for about an hour, ask you pretty much why you want to leave your other job. Guess what, you will have a job offer at the end. They will bring on anybody with a cert and a pulse.
