Step 1 : An online test having two parts - a) Quantitative and Analytical b) Text answers
Quantitative test had normal brain teaser questions. Few quantitative ones asking to anaylse data file , calculating and answering.
Step 2: Another online test, similar to previous one.
Step 2 : Telephonic interview

It's quite easy.
First round will be resume shortlisting then HR telephonic and then normal Skype interview. If you clear all the round you'll get a chance to work for them. But please keep headout your last option
