Pretty straightforward. Big emphasis on being able to communicate. They care more about ability to share your thinking process than the most optional solution. I had an initial interview where they asked me basic questions about my resume and then a couple of basic leetcode problems on the board. Followed by an easier technical interview where I did some work to demonstrate I know how to use react.
