2 stage interview,
-Even if you are quite the candidate for the job, if you do not how someone inside, they recruit people who knows someone inside even if they are not qualified at all, lol.
Interview process was good and my manager was quite involved. This made my first impression of the company quite good. Interview questions were not super hard but you need to know what you are doing about your job in order to answer them.
First interview was a phone call to schudele the first technical interview. technical interview and they ask that write down the PID control formulation to the white board int the online interview.
