I felt welcomed and at ease. The atmosphere was relaxed and the conversation flowed naturally, which really helped calm any nerves I had. I was interviewed by a partner and another member of the team – both were incredibly friendly, approachable and made the process feel more like a genuine conversation than a formal interrogation. They asked questions about my previous experience and what I did in my last role. It was professional, respectful, and engaging.
