Submitted resume and cover letter. Then did two sets of exercises. There was a phone interview, then an in person panel. The interview consisted of a number of questions about my interest in the firm and concluded with an in depth discussion of what it’s like to work at the firm.

I met a current employee, sent my resume to her and then an HR employee, and then also applied to an online job listing. After not hearing anything for a month, I expressed interest again to the employee I met and received a phone call, and then an in-person interview, over the course of the next two weeks.

They have you submit a resume. Then you wait around a month to take two written tests, then wait another month for a phone interview with a HR person will ask you to reschedule multiple time. Finally, you have a skype interview with the hiring manager, who will last minute ask you to do a phone interview instead. Finally, wait another month, to get a terse rejection email from HR. Overall, I think that applicants, especially for an entry level role like this, should get more feedback given how time consuming this application process was.
