I applied online and was contacted by HR for a phone interview. I was given a follow up in-person interview with HR. The questions were all the usual things you'd expect to be asked when trying to work in publishing.
Applied and then got an email back within the week. The interview process went pretty quickly. The longest I went without any communication was when I waiting to find out if I got the job

Entretien
I applied online and a couple of days later received a phone call. There was a phone interview with an associate from Human Resources followed by an in-person interview with that same Human Resources associate and my would be supervisor. I also spoke with the person who was vacating the role.
