I cleared both the technical and managerial rounds successfully — in fact, I implemented everything asked in both rounds. Additionally, I was given a challenge to build a shopping cart mobile app within 3 hours, which I completed and submitted on time. Despite all this, there was no communication for days. When I followed up, I was told by the HR over a call that I had cleared the rounds, but the CEO was unavailable due to travel. They promised to schedule the final round the following week. I kept following up, and every time I was told “tomorrow.” It’s now been over 15 days with absolutely no update or closure. No professionalism, no respect for candidates’ time or effort. To anyone reading this: Don’t waste your time with a company that can’t respect basic hiring ethics. Avoid this place.
