J'ai postulé via une agence de recrutement. J'ai passé un entretien chez Harlem Village Academies

They contacted me via a teaching site and asked me to apply for a position. I set up a phone interview, at their request. No one contacted me at the scheduled time or responded to my outreach. The next day I got a form notice that "after further review" I did not suit their needs at this time, and apologizing for the "misunderstanding". I found it extremely rude and unprofessional to have my time wasted in this manner--if I was not a suitable candidate, they should not have asked me to schedule an interview, or should have at least had the basic courtesy to have cancelled it beforehand.

Question 1
None were asked, as they did not attend the interview they requested.
Easy, very straightforward. Was virtual because of the pandemic. They got back to me within a couple of minutes. HR was very supportive. They were straightforward with the information I needed before the interview.

You're given a phone interview. If one succeeds, there will be an invitation for a demo lesson which is followed immediately by a formal interview. In the formal interview, your demo lesson performance would be discussed and some corrections given, if there are any.

Question 1
How would you plan a lesson based on the topic of your demo lesson, that would last for 100 mins, twice a week, including a 30 minute lesson which is offered once a week?
