I applied online. The process took about 3 weeks. First HR phone call interview followed by a hiring manager phone interview. Rejected after that. The hiring manager went through the past projects in details and ask about how that is related to the own business.

Entretien
It is 3 hour interview, and I meet people from different groups. They are questions from all kinds of perspectives. The environment is relax, and people ask me about my academic path, previous experience, skill set and some interview questions(Some Quiz Question). It has been more than a week for them to arrange the on-site interview, and more than two weeks for decision.
