I applied online. Got a phone interview. I never got a call back, but they didn't send any rejection letter. Now, it's been three weeks and I'm still waiting for them to call me back or at least send me an email. I sent a follow-up email but still no reply.

The Hr called me for an 30mins interview to discuss the role. Asked a few general behavioral questions. She said would give me update on next step early next week, however, I did not hear back anything. I sent email to follow up, no reply.
