Had a phone interview where they asked me if I could be any toy what type of toy would I be and why and questions like that and then I was called in to do a group interview which is a series of different 'fun' things that you and your group do together while someone is analysing each person individually to see how they are in a group and if they are relatively outgoing then if you pass that part they ask you to do a one-to-one interview straight away.

Had to talk about a random subject they gave you for a minute, then sell a product in one minute. Then 1 to 1s if you were selected after this. They tell you to 'think outside the box' and be 'creative' I personally came up with really creative/weird answers and so did 2 other interviewees when we had to speak for 1 minute.
Yet when the time came to take people forward to 1 to 1s we were told to leave and they took forward the people with the boring and standard answers with little to no creativity. Was really off putting, giving something like they said and being told to go. Seems be creative and out of the box doesn't have the same meaning to them.

Firstly, filled out an application form regarding uniform, hour suitability. Then, got asked to "sell" a toy for 1 minute, followed by constructing a story based on random cards with pictures on them. Lastly, a one to one interview with the managers, with some random questions.
