There was no formalized structure. It was very conversational. I found they did not paint a picture on how the organization operates or what the role would require. The organization is huge though.
Very quick and smooth interview process. It was a Three step process (phone and two virtual interviews). The interviewers were Super friendly and made me feel very comfortable and relaxed.

Where do you see yourself in five years within the company?
Basic phone interview, in-person and then offer. The interview questions are simple and specified to the role. Understand the job role, duties and description and use your experience to support your answers to the recruiter. The recruiter should follow up with the invitation for interviews in person and following steps.

Entretien
The onboarding team was super friendly and awesome during my interview process. I felt very comfortable and the questions weren't too crazy. I received an offer and accepted right away, and now I have the best team training me.
