I was referred by a friend, Kim Morrisroe, so my process was easy. She is such a great recruiter. She had been on me for over a year. Once I made the decision to apply to HUB International, she forwarded my resume to Dominique Babcock and Jeanine Basehart. Since Jeanine was on vacation, I interviewed with Christina Jones and Dominique Babcock. Christina and Dominique made me feel at ease my interview lasted for about 1 hour and 20 minutes, the time flew. Christina mentioned I should have a response in about a week. The following week Christina advised that my resume was sent out on a second round. I heard from Jim Jesser shortly after that day and we had my second interview with Jim Jesser and two ladies from my team. The interview lasted 20 minutes and shortly after Jim called me with an offer. We negotiated and within 9 minutes I was hired. The process was very seamless. The thing that took time was me receiving the offer letter because Jeanine was on vacation, but once she got back in the office, everything rolled smoothly. I am extremely happy with the Zoom interview process.
