The whole experience was disappointing. I had a phone screening followed by an online interview. The phone screening was great, however the online interview started 10 minutes late, with no explanation, one of the managers left after 20 minutes and I was hardly asked any questions. I could tell that they were not interested in my application so was a little disappointed that they had even bothered to interview me (I would rather had been rejected before this stage if they thought I was not suitable). I followed up on the status of my application and it took a week for the recruitment team to respond that I'd been unsuccessful. Overall, despite having positive hopes for a good experience, I was not impressed at all.
