A brief conversation with HR was followed a few days later with a more comprehensive interview with the hiring manager, and then a final wrap-up interview with the hiring manager. I was internally referred, which seems to have put me on a fast track process, as the offer negotiation occurred within a day of my final interview. All conversations were professional and objective. The negotiating conversations were fair and transparent.
