Everything was very smooth. Great communication. Everyone that I interviewed with was very friendly and transparent. I met several people from the team and had to do a mix of interviews and take home exercises. Most of the questions were about my experience managing and scaling engineering teams. They were very explicit with questions about culture, processes, etc, this company cares a lot about the people that work here and want to make sure managers share the same values they have. This is probably one of the best things about the whole process.
