The interview was with Manager of the Customer service department .I had applied on their website, waited two weeks. First interview was a phone interview. Then second interview was the Manager of the customer service.

The interview was very quick and simple. The hiring manager asked about speaking with customers and handling difficult customers. It was not very formal and I felt comfortable speaking with the hiring manager.

They will ask you to imagine a situation then you have to solve it. Also they need you to tell them some of your background. You have to use English to introduce yourself in the first round interview

There is a phone interview first. If OK, then there is a formal interview. Around 2 - 4 weeks for the result. It is not quite hard, but the language skills is the most important during these interviews.
