CV was sent through the agency Michael Page. This resulted in a brief telephone interview with Michael Page before they actually sent of my CV to HSBC. This then led to a face to face interview with two managers who asked competency based questions and why I wanted to work for HSBC and the area I have chosen. After this there was a second interview where I had to do a brief written test which looked at my ability to code HTML. They also asked me how I could improve the HSBC website. After the second interview they offered the job.
